Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship within one to two  business days if ordered before noon, Monday through Friday, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Some of our items may require longer processing times. Please check individual product listings. 

Plaques will be sent for production upon approval of the proof, and will ship within two weeks.

We do not offer Priority Mail Express or overnight shipping.

We offer USPS Commercial Pricing flat rates at either First Class Packaging rates (one to three days) or Priority Mail rates (one to three days). The method of shipment will be automatically selected for you based on the weight and packaging required of the items you purchase. Both options have the same delivery and transit time. Both options have USPS tracking and that tracking information will be sent to you once the order is shipped via email.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. We are not responsible for delivery times impacted by shipping provider delays, inclement weather or other unforeseen events.

Out of Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship one to two days if ordered by noon, or by the next business day. However, certain products may require more processing time (usually noted on the product) or there may be times when the product you have ordered is out of stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Products

For multiple products, we will make every attempt to ship all products you have ordered at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you in our shipping policy.
